Returns and Refunds:

We do not offer any Kind of  cancellations, returns, or refunds on orders. we do not offer any kind of exchange, replacement too.

Only in case  you received damaged or missing product   from our side (during transit or anyway), then return will be approved and customer will get the refund. Customer can Repurchase the Product By placing another order. 

Rules For Refund:-

Damaged Product:

 In case, you receive a damaged product due to an accident in transit, a refund will be given after receiving the parcel with all original tags, items, and details — including any free or surprise gifts. Any jewellery and accessories must not be used or worn to approve your request to get refund.

Note: Make sure that you take a package opening/unboxing video from start to end without any cuts or edits to Approve your refund.

Missing Product:

To report any missing items, make sure that you take a package opening/unboxing video from start to end without any cuts and edits. It will help us report the issue to the logistics company in case of any theft during transit.

Proof with Video:

Sale Orders:

Orders placed during Sale also follow the same rules as mentioned above.

Timeline:

Once we receive the package and complete our quality check, we will initiate the refund. Approved refund will be credited to your Original Payment Method within 3 to 7 working(business) days . 

Time Period to Complain:

Please note – After receiving te parcel, Complaints regarding a damaged or missing item must be reported within 24 hours ,that is 1 day. It should be done via WhatsApp message from your registered number and email ID Both.
Post 24 hours, no complaints will be entertained.

  • Since the items are clicked from different angles, minor design variations are possible.

We do not accept any returns/refunds/exchanges for the following cases:

  • Minor ghungroo / mirror / stone issues

  • Minor paint issues

  • Surprise Orders
