Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery Fees

  1. Free Shipping on prepaid orders above Rs. 499 within India.

  2. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on orders above Rs. 299.

  3. COD is not available on orders above Rs. 2000.

  4. Delivery fees of Rs. 49 is applicable within Mumbai.

  5. Delivery fees of Rs. 79 is applicable across India except Mumbai.

  6. Order Processing: All orders across India are processed within 24 hours. Delivery takes 3–7 working days.

Shipping Policy for wrong information

  1. In case the parcel is lost or stuck in transit, due to wrong number, wrong address, customer unavailability the company is not liable to pay any amount as a refund.

  2. If a parcel is returned due to wrong address, wrong number, incorrect OTP verification, or absence of the customer at the time of delivery, a fee of Rs. 150 will be charged for re-shipping.

    • If the customer no longer wants the order, the total shipping cost (Rs. 150) will be deducted from the paid amount.

  3. If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, only one re-attempt will be made by the courier partner. The company is not liable to issue a refund after all delivery attempts fail.

  4. If a COD order delivery fails due to wrong address, incorrect number, or customer unavailability, the customer will be restricted from using the COD option for all future orders.

Free Pickup

  • Free pickup will be arranged only if the product is damaged or an item is missing from the parcel.

  • In rare cases where pickup is not available, the customer will be asked to self-ship the product. The shipping amount will be refunded along with the product cost via the original payment method.

    • The customer must ship the parcel within 3 working days.

  • For damaged or missing items, please refer to our return policies.

  • Important: The customer must be available during the arranged pickup. If not, the company will not arrange another pickup.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is packed and ready to ship, a tracking number will be sent via email to help you track your order.


After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

  • Before accepting the delivery, please check the package for any visible damage.

    • If the package appears torn or damaged, please record a video with the delivery partner present.

    • Do not accept the order and send us the video as proof. This will help us to provide a replacement or store credit for prepaid orders.


Refusal of Delivery

  • If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery, the customer will be permanently restricted from using Cash on Delivery as a payment option for all future purchases.
